SIU Residence Life has some outstanding Resident Assistants, and we want to show our appreciation by featuring them on our blog. We also hope people who are considering applying for the RA position will take a minute to check out the people who could be their future co-workers! 2.  Where are you from?  Joliet, Illinois

3.  What’s your major?  Psychology

4.  What is your favorite dining hall food?  Waffles with bananas and fudge.

5.  Where is your favorite place to go off-campus?  Giant city!

6.  Where do you see yourself in 10 years?  In a modest house with a garden and a doctoral degree on it's walls!

7.  What do you like about being an RA?  The opportunity to build community and BE THERE for others when they need it.

8.  Favorite quote?  GLaDOS Portal 2 "Look at you there... sailing through the air majestically like an eagle... piloting a blimp."

9.  Best study spot on campus?  My secret spot in the library!

10.  How else are you involved at SIU (besides being an RA)?  I'm part of a fraternity, I'm the president of Saluki Rainbow Network, I'm in the process of building a honors thesis in psychology, and the rest is pretty boring. I love it all though!
